The Stone's Story

The Egyptians linked citrine to the sun god Ra and wore it for vitality. Roman priests fashioned it into rings, and across many cultures merchants kept it near their cash boxes to draw wealth, earning it the name the Merchant's Stone. From Egypt to China to Scotland, cultures that never met all turned to it as a stone of abundance and warmth.

Formed Over Millions of Years

A golden variety of quartz, citrine forms over millions of years in hydrothermal veins deep within the earth. Natural citrine is genuinely rare. The finest comes from Brazil, alongside deposits in Spain and Madagascar.

How to Wear & Care

Wear it daily or stack it with other stones. To cleanse, hold it under cool running water or rest it on a windowsill overnight. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which can soften the golden color over time.
